Job Title: Agency Branch Manager
Location: Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt
Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of Agency for his team. This will include building a productive and motivated agent network, leveraging the business through training initiatives whilst monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations.

Requirements

• A good First degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Prior experience in a similar role is critical
• At least 3 years of team handling experience

Job Title: Agency Unit Manager
Location: Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt
Job Description
The unit manager will be responsible for driving the Life Agency Distribution Channel which would include the planning and carrying out of direct marketing activities and market research. In addition recruit and constantly train the sales advisors.

Requirements

• A good First degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Prior experience in an insurance agency or other retail commercial business set up is critical
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of team handling experience

Job Title: Sales Advisors
Location: Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt
Job Description
The sales advisors will be responsible for driving Agency Sales and Distribution Channel through the selling of various types of policies to individuals and seeking out new clients and develop clientele by networking.

Requirements

• A good First degree in the Social Sciences or Humanities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
