GiasunTech is a Fintech company that provides quick loans to customers via an online process. The company's major product is Tloan. Tloan is a quick loan app that is available on google play store for use by customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Allen, Oregun and Motorways - Lagos
Work Schedule: 6 times a week (9 to 5:30)

Job Description

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
• Make calls to customers about their loan repayments
• Conduct collections process on each customer that includes, phone calls, emails and text messages
• Develop collection methods that brings in revenue and ensure full repayment of loans
• Process payments and refunds
• Keeping accurate records and reports on collection activities.
• Advise customers on their various payment options and inform them of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts
• Negotiate payment plans and schedules

Job Specification

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND
• Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
• Patience, ability to manage stress and negotiation skill.
• Customer service training / experience.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Goal oriented so as to meet daily targets

Salary Breakdown

• Basic N80,0000 Monthly
• Attendance/Transport allowance - N20,000 Monthly
• Performance Bonus: weekly and monthly bonus. Can earn upto N150,000 monthly based on performance.
