Job Description

Offering advice to patients on their disease condition, the symptoms, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to managing the condition.
Pharmacovigilance; Discovering and reporting Drug Therapy Problems to the appropriate bodies.
Processing prescription and dispensing medication.
Drug evaluation and monitoring of medication outcome (Patient documentation and follow up)
Inventory and supply chain management.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) qualification
Minimum of 1 year work experience.
He/She will work in our Okota Branch from 4:00pm to 9:30pm
