Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team at Bull Builders.
• As a Logistics Assistant, you'll be responsible for coordinating the movement of equipment, supplies, and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of equipment, supplies, and materials, including scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and verifying receipt
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues and concerns
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and supplies to our customers
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping schedules, and delivery status

Skills

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred though not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Salary
N275,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
