Specializing in a range of services including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management for the oil and gas sector, the company adheres to the Nigeria Content Development directives of 2010. With offices in Nigeria and the USA, Shomas operates with major industry players like Chevron, Total, and ExxonMobil, leveraging strategic sourcing and supply chain expertise. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics / Fleet Supervisor

Location: Warri, Delta
Job type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Summary

• As a Logistics/Fleet Supervisor, you shall oversee fleet operations, ensure timely delivery, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with transportation standards.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or any related field.
• 3–5 years experience in fleet/logistics coordination.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and documentation.
• Good understanding of transport laws and HSE practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.
• Must be able to manage drivers and resolve delivery issues swiftly.
• Proven experience with route planning, dispatch, and fleet tracking systems (e.g., GPS).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and Defensive driving training/certificate

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
