Job Title: Sales Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
• Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
• Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.
• Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

• B.Sc/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.

• Sales and Business Development
• Work closely with the GM to develop sales targets.
• Work closely with other departments and managers to design and execute strategies and sales promotions built around developing new business.
• Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market Strada's/BMC end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to driving peak performance and sales success across the Company
• Devise key client / CRM strategies across the Company, to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty
• Develop strategies to communicate and showcase the Company's new products to prospective and existing clients
• Build relationships with new and existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
• Acquire new customers for BMC through various media and marketing platforms such as advertising, print and electronic media, digital and social media, events and strategic partnerships etc.

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND from a reputable higher institution.
• Must have 3-5 years experience.
• Advertising preferably experience in the Outdoor/Out-of-Home Advertising Industry.

• Candidates should possess O'level qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
• Ability to learn fast.

• B.Sc, HND in Computer Studies.
• 2-3 experience in ERP and other application, good communication and interpersonal skill.

• Working with ERP (MSdynamics).
• Support ERP users and Training them.
• Working with AMS Team (third party) for MS Dynamics and Resolve.
• Working closely with Key Users and End user
• Good in MS Office.
• Better understanding on business.
• Working experience on Network and system Support.

• Planning and development of aggressive marketing strategies for the category, with a view to ensure brand positioning, market penetration and increase in market share.
• Drive the marketing plans for the various categories of business in conjunction with sales to grow Value and volume of transactions.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing platforms and processes
• Has led large teams, with focus on consulting, execution and delivery excellence
• Develop and drive trade promotion schemes for retailers in conjunction with Sales
• Manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and drive results
• Develops and deliver appropriate marketing/brand communication
• Manage market research and develop insights to translate them into channel strategy and communication
• Develop insights on consumer behavior to translate them into relevant product offerings
• Collaborate with all the other functions to deliver the category strategy for the company
• Channel of information for the management team on relevant developments in the market and accordingly recommends action to be taken
• Bringing various service providers for the categories and jointly developing business plans with them for visibility & BTL activities for the category.

• Marketing

• UG: Any Graduate.
• PG: MBA/PGDM.
• Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required.

• Candidates having retail experience can only apply.
• Experienced Marketers with preference in Banking and Insurance.
