We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for Electrical And Mechanical maintenance of the factory
• Will be handling a team of maintenance support for Electrical, Mechanical, and Generator.
• Raising the spare part requisite for stock to Head Purchase well in time to avoid any stock out when required.
• Responsible for reducing the downtime of the machine which can be quantified.
• Responsible for drawing periodic maintenance schedules, planning, and executing as per schedule.
• Responsible for spare parts inventory and MOQ of each of the spares and consumables
• Responsible for Machine-wise maintenance card with approval from Production heads.
• Responsible for attaining any urgent breakdown.
• Responsible for periodical Generator Maintenance and compressors.
• Responsible for all the support for the installation of the new machines.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification Engineer Mechanical / Electrical.
• Advantage of experience in setting up new production units from the Maintenance department.
• Preferred Company: Flexible packaging/Film extrusion/ Paper converting companies.
• Having experience as a Maintenance Manager in a production company for a minimum of. 8-14 years.
• Computer Literate for making own report.
• Prefer also to have experience in any film production, film processing, or converting companies.
