We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Male General / Operations Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations
• Manage staff* scheduling, training, and performance
• Control costs, inventory, and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operation

Requirements

• Experience Required: Minimum 5–7 years in fine dining on hospitality management
• With a proven sound experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
• Proven leadership in restaurant or hotel management
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and customer service
