We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Oshodi / Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Aeroport College of Aviation & Travel Management, across all departments to ensure efficient functioning and alignment with business goals, in accordance to organization standard.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.
• Identify training needs and support the professional growth of employees through mentoring and development programs.
• Set goals and monitor departmental performance using KPIs to ensure that targets are met and provide support where needed.
• Ensure that all business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Step in for the MD/CEO as needed, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making.
• Review and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, ensuring profitability and financial health.
• Build and lead a cohesive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance, challenges, and opportunities for the MD/CEO.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve common objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
• Proactively identify and address business challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
