Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time (with travels around various states and sites)

Description

• Bolin Mining Company Limited, a leading player in the global mining and mineral sector, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, drive efficiency, and support the company’s commitment to sustainable and responsible mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate mining operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage staff
• Travel within various states and mining sites.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the mining sector is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience.
