Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ilaje, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective marketing plans to promote properties, attract potential buyers, and increase sales.
• Managesocial media presence and creating content to promote properties and engage with potential buyers.
• Createand place advertisements in relevant media channels to reach target audiences.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and providing insights for future marketing decisions.
• Work closely with real estate agents, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and target audience needs.
• Showcase properties through various marketing channels, such as social media, online listings, print media, and open houses.
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Buildand maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Developing engaging content, such as property descriptions, photos, and videos, to showcase properties.

Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must:

• Possess relevant qualifications with experience.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understand marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Must be familiar with the real estate industry, including market trends and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
