Seepspring Empowerment Foundation is set out to provide financial services to help small businesses and individuals boost their economic activities. Seepspring Empowerment Foundation does this through the provision of microcredits to low-income earners with little security demand which impedes low-income earners from accessing credit facilities from commercial banks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Requirements

• ND in Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or any related field.
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Familiarity with the use of computers
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Target driven and result oriented.
• Attentive to details.
• Demonstrate good self-esteem and confidence.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Understanding of lending products and practices
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
