We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Reports To: Managing Director / CEO
Supervises: Sales reps, marketers including digital, and customer success teams

Job Summary

• The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead and execute strategies to increase visibility, generate leads, drive sales, and grow customer loyalty for both physical and digital products.
• This individual will plan campaigns, manage sales reps, execute digital marketing, and convert leads into paying customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales plans for Acabado Products (B2B and B2C).
• Supervise and support sales reps and distributors to hit monthly targets.
• Create and manage sales funnel for courses (webinars, email follow-ups, WhatsApp automation).
• Drive revenue from new and existing customers in Nigeria and the diaspora.

Team Management:

• Lead weekly marketing/sales meetings and manage a growing team.
• Train and onboard sales reps, marketers, and content assistants.
• Set KPIs for team and hold weekly reviews.

Content & Brand Management:

• Oversee content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Status.
• Coordinate product photography, testimonials, and user-generated content.
• Supervise graphics, reels, email newsletters, and lead magnets for brands.

Marketing Strategy:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, WhatsApp, SEO, email, etc).
• Promote courses through landing pages, organic content, and ads.
• Manage marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Create and manage WhatsApp and email marketing funnels for customer follow-up.

Reporting & Optimization:

• Track and report on KPIs: CAC, ROI, conversion rates, sales per channel, lead volume, etc.
• Analyze marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
• Other marketing and sales task that would yield positive result and significant ROI

Qualifications

• 6–7 years in marketing and sales (preferably FMCG, e-commerce, or digital products)
• Solid knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Strong team leadership, content strategy, and reporting skills
• Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, WhatsApp automation tools
• Bonus: Experience working with diaspora markets.
• Experience with Coaching/course-selling brands.
