Role Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy, grow our user base, and strengthen Nigeria Markt’s brand presence nationwide.
• You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns that drive platform adoption while building a recognizable and trusted marketplace brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and platform usage.
• Drive user acquisition for buyers and sellers using digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Manage and grow Nigeria Markt’s social media pages with compelling content and community engagement.
• Build partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and community promoters to expand audience reach.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
• Plan promotions, referral programs, and grassroots marketing activities.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with product and customer support teams to ensure campaigns align with user needs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns using analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within digital platforms, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies including SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and social media growth.
