Buylesser is an online retailer of multi-category consumer products. The product catalog includes clothing, fashion accessories and home improvement items.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
• Creating a reliable customer loyalty online programs for shoppers online
• Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals Interacting with customers
• Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
• Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
• Interacting with customers on all social networks.
• Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintaining relationships with profitable customers

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years experience. 
• Must not be more than 25years old and posses a good communication skills.

Salary
N7,400,000 - N8,900,000 Annually.
