Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are recruiting a Customer Relations Officer on behalf of our client to manage and strengthen relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and prospects
• Track client feedback, interactions, and service delivery progress
• Support business development through repeat business and referrals
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
• Conduct field visits and support client engagement activities
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the role
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• 3–4 years’ experience in customer relations, client services, or a similar role
• Proven ability to engage clients both in the field and remotely

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
