We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsiblities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, set timelines, and execute plans to drive leads and sales.
• Provide leadership to the marketing team
• Identify new opportunities and target audience.
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost effective spending.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Ability to lead a team with supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
