Job Summary

• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting brand management, products and services offerings and effective customer relations management.

Essential Job Functions

• Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for the organization.
• Promote techniques to increase the value of the Market square product line and brand in a sustainable manner.
• Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns- Develop promotional materials which include marketing print and collateral copies for events and new store launch.
• Work with the E-commerce team to enhance online marketing in order to connect with potential customers using the internet and social media.
• Customer Relationship Management- Respond to customer’s enquiries and handle customer complaint feedback.
• Determine, manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget.Create seasonal marketing campaigns as required to maximize sales.
• Brand planning, execution, and management- Responsible for brand visibility or awareness, store signages and product advertisement.
• Responsible for monitoring compliance with brand management policies.
• Content Development for press releases as may be required.Assist with development of Marketing budget.

Job Specification

• The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years in brand management and promotion.
• B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fieldAnalytical and attention to detail.
• Must have an understanding of market trends and response to customers’ needs and wants.Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Effective communication skills.
