Job Title: Media & Advertising Analyst

About the Role

• We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Media and Advertising Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive brand growth and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate media performance across digital, print, broadcast, and social platforms
• Analyze advertising metrics (CTR, CPM, ROI, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness
• Create compelling multimedia content, including graphics and short-form videos (basic editing required).
• Collaborate with customer service and business development teams to align media strategies with business goals
• Support advertising strategy with creative storytelling and strategic planning.
• Deliver excellent customer engagement through content and online interactions.
• Oversee updates and content management on the company’s website.
• Monitor media trends and digital conversations to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and advertising partners.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in media analysis, advertising, or marketing analytics
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and data visualization platforms
• Experience liaising with media houses and agencies.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Basic video editing and design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with media planning and buying processes is a plus
