JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Lagos

JOB SUMMARY:
To administrate in a fast growing, media entertainment company

RESPONSIBILITIES:
operations executives oversee and direct financial budgets, personnel and operations.
Ensure operations function to promote growth and meet financial objectives.
Short- and long-term planning and assessing of the budget to ensure annual profit goals are met.
Plan for growth in different areas.
Direct role in sales, marketing and customer service to ensure growth.
Improve efficiency and increase productivity.
Monitor budgets and review financial statements.
Creates and implements policies and procedures.
Coordinates with leaders from other departments and interacts with higher management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualification is Degree.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience.
Must have good interpersonal relationship
Must be able to travel.
Experienced in management of integrated projects preferably in management of telecom sites
Candidate must be able to manage various teams located in different parts 
Candidate must have a good command of English language
Must be computer literate (and good in using excel)

JOB TITLE: FIELD MARKETER
LOCATION: Enugu

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications
Developing and maintaining sales proposals and materials related to marketing
Working with customers in developing case studies, references and testimonials
Executing and analysing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns
Maintaining communication open lines with all individuals and organisations and providing prompt answers to request and managing customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum qualification Diploma
Minimum years of experience is 1-3 years.
Be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
Effectively communicate and make use of interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Effective and excellent communication and presentational skills
Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals
Plan decisions and practice good judgement
