Job Title: National Sales Manager

Job Description

• The Sales Manager will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Recruit , develop and manage sales team.
• Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales.
• Recruit & Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with minimum of 15 years experience in the FMCG.
• He must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
• Must be a National Sales Manager or equivalent position.
