Job Title: HSSE Adviser

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Planning, execution and delivery of technical and managerial Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of Assets and Projects, including overall coordination of the HSE program and the drive to reach our goal of zero HSE Incidents

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Provide high quality HSE support to the Asset / Project Manager and staff.
  • Adviser for Technical Safety and Integrity challenges and the operatiotalisation of HSE Cases.
  • Stimulate continuous HSE risk identification, assessment, and reduction for Asset activities.
  • Develop innovative ways to reduce process safety incidents.
  • Co-ordinate and drive compliance with standards and procedures, local and International HSE regulations within Asset/Project.
  • Co-ordinate and act as custodian of HSE Management System for Asset/Project.
  • Participate in key project reviews, HAZIDs and HAZOPS
  • Develop, test and maintain emergency response procedure and plans.
  • Organize HSE meetings and incident investigation and Review.
  • Coordinate identification of HSE competency gaps and provide trainings for staff and contractors personnel.

Minimum Qualification

  • Science or Engineering Degree

Experience:

  • 10 years experience.

Added Advantage:

  • NEBOSH Diploma certificate.
  • Seasoned HSE and EP professional with broad experience with EP, HSE risk management experience.
  • Good understanding of the business risks.
  • Able to develop and implement EP & Industry policies, strategies and standards

 

 

 

Job Title: Procurement Specialist / Expediter

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support the Supply chain (SC) planning team, coordinates and executes SC demand and capacity planning for services and material to meet the demands of the Engineering Project and technical Operation team.
  • Ensure Request to Pay (RtP) transactions (Purchase Order creation / maintenance) and invoice are timely processed and associated day-day activities delivered.
  • It will also manage the safe and efficient Materials inventory and expedition across the company's business locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Engineering, Business and Social Sciences
  • Professional qualification in at least one of the following: Logistics, Material Management and contracting and Procurement.

Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years (minimum).

Added Advantage:

  • Data Analysis qualification and / or supply chain certification preferred (e.g CIPS)
  • Master's Degree.

 

 

 

Job Title: Logistics Maintenance & Data Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Coordinate Vehicle Maintenance and daily availability of serviceable vehicle within the prescribed scope and provide accurate records on fleet's health checks in compliance to the company’s HSE and Logistic control frame work.
  • Manages relationship with drivers on day-to day basis and carry out analysis to support logistics planning and operations.

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidate should be an HND holder

Experience:

  • 3 years (minimum)

Added Advantage:

  • Exposure in Oil and Gas Journey Management procedure / process

 

 

 

Job Title: Asset Security Adviser

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Supervise the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues related to delivery of security services in the locations to ensure compliance with ‘Goal Zero.
  • Oversee the day-to-day deployment and supervision of all security personnel at the locations including the deployment of GSA personnel.
  • Provide the regular update on Security Risk Assessment of the threats to personnel, property, operations and formulate/implement response strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with security checklist for all facilities in the locations, and devise action to deal with emerging security issues.
  • Review and Implement project security plans at location level and ensure project delivery on schedule.
  • Maintain response procedures for Security contingency and simulate drills / exercise for assurance.
  • Assess and analyze surveillance/intelligence on a Continuous basis and make proactive dispositions of resources on ground (GSAs, security Guards and the Spy Police - where applicable) to address them.
  • Collect, collate, analyze and manage information/intelligence on a need-to-know basis to support Company business in planning and execution,
  • Manage interface between external security agencies and Company staff in the location and ensure harmonious relationship.
  • Provide transit audio-field security coverage for the on-site and visiting staff in compliance with Company wide security escort procedure.
  • Provide daily updates and weekly security reports on incidents occurring in the location to enable the Security Coordinator give appropriate advice for management of operations, SOL review and crime trends analysis
  • Support Security Coordinator to monitor the Security Budget spend on external security personnel/logistics iv the location and prepare monthly expenditures for easy tracking and analysis.
  • Keep Informed on any new development in Security thinking and advice Security Coordinator as required.

Minimum Qualification

  • First Degree in any relevant field

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years (minimum) experience.

Added Advantage:

  • Professional Certification in Security will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in security escorts and logistics operations management
  • Experience in the conduct of security threat and risk assessments.
  • Experience in engagement of Government Security Agencies (GSAs) - Prior Security Supervisory job or Security Agency background is an added advantage.
