PROJECTS

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Formulate Project based Policies and guidelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain single line communication with Client on all matters relating to the project.
• Making commercial and operational decisions on behalf of the company.
• Direct and co-ordinate all project activities.
• Project Monitoring and Control.
• Provide overall Quality assurance and Control and safety.
• Management required for the project in liaison with QA/ QC Manager.
• Review and issue overall progress and weekly report for clients review.
• Meet stakeholders expectation.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
• 10-20 years minimum, in major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Must possess vast Knowledge in Planning, Scheduling, Conducting and managing Oil & Gas EPC Projects, PMP Certified.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office.

• Candidate would be accountable for the successful completion of Projects, must possess good Knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Conducting and Coordinating Projects.
• Also, should be able to interface with Project Stakeholders including Client and Contract Technical and Project Teams.

• Engineering/Procurement/Construction/Commissioning interfaces: physical, logistical, informational, Organizational and any other internal to project/operations issues.
• Coordination of interfaces relating to the design and construction.
• Assist with set-up and further Company administration of the Project Interface Management System (PIMS).
• Expediting Interface action close out.
• Coordinate and chair weekly Interface Meetings with Contractors, participate in Monthly Project Interface Management Review.
• Formal weekly interface status reporting to Project Manger.
• Identify the need for and to ensure appropriate reviews and audits are implemented to support assurance of interface management performance.
• Participates in Projects meetings & acting as the Interface champion for the interface management system.
• Work with all project groups to identify interfaces, preparation and update of interface documents.
• Work with the Project engineers discipline leads, management and EPC contractors in relation to interface management.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
• 7 years minimum, 5 of which must be in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Candidate would be accountable for the successful completion of Projects, must possess good Knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Conducting and Coordinating Projects.
• Also, should be able to interface with Project Stakeholders including Client and Contract Technical and Project Teams.

• Coordinate, review and check all technical specifications and work scopes of Contract documents on the project.
• Identify and process variation orders
• Develop Project execution plan, method statements, fabrication procedures and fabrication sequence.
• Generation of Project Technical Query Request(TQR) and Work method statements.
• Review GA drawings, shop drawings and weld maps.
• Monitor work progress on the fab. shop
• Identify Change orders for deviation.
• Manage internal and external interfaces on the project.
• Review and update work progress with planning team.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
• 5 years minimum, 3 of which must be in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Reviews, witnessing, monitoring and Approval of Inspection Tests (ITPs) of FATs and SATs as per client requirements.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to detailed engineering design issues.
• Review of Electrical Detailed Engineering documents and assist in procurement and Inspection in liaison with other Engineering discipline engineers, Inspection engineers and the expeditor in compliance with Project specifications and procedures.
• Review of Electrical Protection systems, Control Drives, Lighting System layouts, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) systems, Hazardous Area Equipment identification and certifications (classes and zones).
• Preparing and populating Test packages for completed Electrical, Instrument and Telecom installations and uploading as per client requirements.
• Review of Electrical, Instrument and Telecommunication documents as per client requirements. (Load list calculations, Cable sizes, Cable schedules, UPS Power Distribution Systems, Safety Mechanical Interlocks, Single Line Diagrams, Material Take Off (MTO) and Technical Bid Tabulation documents).

• B.Eng. Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Master degree/professional qualification (an added advantage) Candidate would ensure all Project Engineering related work, from Design stage through construction; pre-commissioning and commissioning phases are successfully executed and implemented with zero injuries and/or downtime.

• To support Project Management with the delivery of Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication & Construction Projects by Planning, organizing and controlling all elements of the project work flow in accordance with the terms and conditions of contracts.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering. PMP-An added advantage.
• Experience: 7- 10 years within the Offshore Oil & Gas Construction industry.
• Experience with execution of EPCC and /or Fabrication & Construction projects.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Prepare Fabrication Drawings, Weld Maps, Nesting Drawings and other Structural Drawings as required using AutoCAD and other 3D Software available.
• Preparation and modification of Structural drawings in accordance with company's or Client's CAD Standard.
• Development of Bill of Materials.
• Preparation of Check-list and Mark-ups on existing drawings for site visit, perform site visit, update drawings based on site findings and prepare input to Site Visit reports.
• Assists in basic Structural Calculations and of Heavy Lifts.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline. Master's degree an added advantage.
• Experience: 5 - 7 years minimum in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Software: Ability to use Auto Cad, Microsoft Office Suite, PDMS - An added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on Heavy Lifts and Basic Structural Calculations is also an advantage.

• To work closely with Project Management Team, Rigging & Equipment Department and others to provide direction and guidance to construction sequences and methods.
• To develop detailed procedures for lifting, movement and transportation including rigging and slinging details.
• Perform weight control engineering to ensure accuracy of weight and centre of gravity information.
• Work with Rigging & Equipment Department to ensure installation and use of equipment is in accordance with procedures.
• Work with client's representatives on review and approval of procedures.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years Construction Engineering in the oil and gas construction industry.
• Familiar with construction methods for Jackets, Decks and Piles, including methods of lifting, stacking, roll-up, weighing, load-out etc.
• Familiar with international codes and standards governing steel construction (AISC, DNV etc).
• Software: Proficient in using structural analysis software.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
• 10 years minimum experience in Oil & Gas Safety professional and Nebosh certification, an added advantage.
• 5-8 years in management of OHAS/HSE work in Fabrication/construction process and procedures in large projects.
• Full understanding of the ISO 18001/QMS management systems.
• Software: MS Office.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline or B.Tech Quantity Surveying.
• 5-8 years minimum in similar role.
• Ability to Interpret technical drawings.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline. (Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering preferably).
• 3-5 years experience.
• Software/Certifications: AWS-CWI, PCN UT 3.1 & 3.2 PCN, Radiography, CSWIP- 3.1.
• Full understanding of the ISO QMS Management systems, processes and delivery requirements of the construction / fabrication Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in ISO standard processes / NDT / Fabrication - Construction.

• B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline. Master's degree / PMP Certification (An added advantage).
• 5-8 years Project Planning Experience in Oi & Gas Fabrication.
• Software: Proficiency in Primavera 3 & 6, MS Projects.

• Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ICAN).
• Min. 5-7 years post qualification working experience in a private sector.
• A very good knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel, with a good knowledge of ERP/ Accounting software, good communication skills and a good understanding of Management Accounting.

• CSWIP 3.1, AWS, ASNT, PCN UT 3.1 & 3.2 / RT.
• Previous QA/QC Coordinating & Engineering role is essential.
• 5 years minimum in the administration of QA/QC, fabrication, construction processes and procedures in large projects.
• Full understanding of the ISO QMS management, Construction / fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Good client liaison skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Performance/delivery oriented.

• First degree in Social Sciences. Certificate in Warehousing / Logistics.
• Must have strong experience in Heavy Industry / Oil & Gas, or International Freight Management with 10 years of experience.
• Have demonstrable skills and experience in managing costs and operational Logistics at a higher level.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Customs / FZE clearance procedures, and working with Freight Forwarders.
• Have a strong working knowledge of administration, planning, and contracts management / development practices.
• Have knowledge and operational experience of related equipment for transfers of containerized cargoes via Road & Marine transport.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant packages for work planning / operational controls and billing

• First degree in Accounting/Bus Admin.
• 3- 5 years in a reputable accounting firm.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel.
• Candidate must have an eye for details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
