The Nigerian Institute for Training and Development is a professional body of Human Resource Development (HRD) practitioners in Nigeria established to promote the science and practice of training and development nationwide.
The professional development activities of NITAD are aimed at facilitating the exchange of knowledge, skills and experience for those engaged in learning and development and at achieving a better utilization of human ability and potential in business. The Institute is affiliated to the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO). It is also a member of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria.

-          Examiners; must be involved in the relevant subjects with recognized professional bodies not more than 3 years
