Job Title: Relationship Manager, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of target companies included in Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Enterprises segments to whom the Finance Company  could provide its business services.
  • Utilize referral networks and centers of influence to identify and pursue potential new clients, looking for ways to cultivate a long-term
  • Build relationships by calling on existing clients to truly understand their businesses and analyze product and service growth opportunities and ensure the profitability of the portfolio.
  • Grow revenue of the company by constantly providing services to the right clientele and maintaining best practices.
  • Collaborates with the Head SME lending to create an efficient and simple, smarter, better process to originate and fund loans; analyzes loan processes, recommends improvements and facilitates implementation
  • Collaborates with the Head SME lending loan to provide feedback, structure loan campaigns, and create marketing materials used to help increase loan business and goal achievement.
  • Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors' activities and manage a disciplined marketing process by business through insight sharing.
  • Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend and promote products and solutions that best serve the client while still working within risk parameters that protect the Finance Company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Experiences and proven track record in managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Requirements

Job Title: Relationship Manager, Consumer Lending / Digital Services

Responsibilities

  • Assess member accounts to identify opportunities to discuss and present appropriate credit  products and services to create value and develop member relationships
  • Ensure all consumer loans are reviewed, assessed for risk, appropriately structured, approved/declined, and processed within designated time frames and member expectations
  • Review consumer loan requests that exceed individual approval authority and present recommendations for approval or denial

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Prioritize and recommend  appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.
  • Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule
  • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.

Requirements

  • A High School Degree
  • A valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience to perform the job safely
  • Time management and organizational skills to stay on schedule.

Salary Range

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

  • Oversees  the implementation of company strategies that are created by the executive Management team and has the responsibility of delivering results on a day to day  and monthly to month basis.
  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organization vision, operational  strategy and hiring needs
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Adherence to company,federal,state and local business requirements ,enforcing compliance and taking actions where necessary.

Job Title: Head Legal Officer / Company Secretary

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Roles

  • Provide legal / Financial advice during and outside of meetings.
  • Maintaining awareness about company law and other regulatory laws.
  • Responsible for the efficient administration of the company particularly with regards to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirement and for board ensuring the decision of the board of directors are fully implemented
  • Conduct legal research and monitoring of legal and regulatory change that relates to the company.
  • Interface with External solicitors.
  • Participate in the formulation of general management policies as a member of the executive management team.
  • Ensure accuracy of all legal paper works.
  • Ensure proper legal consultation are provided to every department.
  • Access liabilities and risks, and recommend courses of actions to the management
  • Remedial asset Management / Loan recovery.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years post call experience.
