We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Onsite Support Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems.
• Conduct routine system checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and safety standards during all operations.
• Recommend system upgrades, enhancements, or optimizations based on site performance.
• Respond promptly to system faults, service requests, or emergency issues raised by the client.
• Liaise with the head office and technical teams for escalations or remote support needs.
• Ensure proper documentation of work carried out, incidents, and updates.
• Provide technical support.

Requirements

• ND or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proximity to Berger / Omole is a plus.
• Familiarity with system integration, networking and power system is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
