A Logistics Company is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Lagos

Duties

To plan and implement core operations processes.
To oversee the company's daily operations, to ensure efficient & effective service delivery
To manage all contracts and stakeholder relationships
To maintain and manage relationships with clients and ensure client requirements are met
To plan, implement and manage the overall long-term business strategy
To evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
To manage teams and ensure high level of productivity and engagement
To oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
To aggressively grow the company's client base
To identify new business prospects and establish relationships for follow up and close business deals

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum 7 years experience with 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in the logistic industry
Ability to manage a diverse team
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Good with numbers and financial planning
Outstanding persuasive and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
CIPS or relevant post-graduate qualifications will be an advantage
Sales and operations experience with a track record of performance from a reputable top company
Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English (Hausa is an advantage)

Salary Range

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly
