We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Have a good knowledge about cars and their parts.
Ability to sell cars and bike process the registration of bikes, its accessories and dispatch accessories, etc
Provide quality customer service, thereby maintaining end to end relationship with customers
Manage customers’ expectations and grow profitable relationships
Create a network base for sales and generate leads.
Manage customer complaints through effective customer complaints resolutions process.
Process / authorize transactions, deposit, Withdrawals.

Requirements

Minimum of HND, NCE, OND or B.Sc qualification.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
Salary is between N40,000 to N50,000 per month based on experience and skills.
