The Oyo State Government has instituted two (2) forms of Financial Awards to Final -Year Students who are indigenes of Oyo State and who were in either Federal or State-owned Universities or Polytechnics
(HND only) nationwide by year 2011/2012 academic session.
The two (2) awards are as follows:

1. Bursary Awards
2. Scholarship Awards

Category 1:  Year 2011/2012 Bursary Awards (Final Year Undergraduate Students Only)

Eligibility
All Oyo State Undergraduate Students who are/were Final - year students in any of our various public Universities or Polytechnics (HND Only) in the Academic year 2011/2012 Bursary Award.
NOTE: It is regrettable that the errors inherent in the lists earlier submitted by various Institutions had called for proper Auditing and biometric editing of the names therein contained.
This had made fresh on- line registration for these Awards not only imperative but also inevitable.

Category 2
EAR 2011/2012 Scholarship Awards (Postgraduate Students) Application forms for Oyo State Post-Graduate Students Scholarship in any of our public Institutions and reputable Universities Overseas, are now available to prospective applicants.

Eligibility
Applicants who have possessed a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper Division at the Bachelor Degree in their Courses of Study and who also have secured Admission for Post-graduate studies in any of our Federal or State- owned institutions of higher learning nationwide and/ or any reputable overseas institutions are eligible for these Awards.
Aviation and Seafarer Students in any Government approved Institutions are also eligible to apply.

How to Apply
For both categories of Awards listed above, prospective applicants are to access the Boards website:
www.oyoscholarship.com for essential completion/filling of application from on- line using any Bank’s ATM/Interwsitch card.

The candidates are to upload all necessary documents (i.e. L. G. A. Identification Certificate, Birth Certificate, Admission Letter, Passport Photograph etc)
