Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the managing director of a leading real estate firm.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the managing director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the MD.
  • Support project follow-ups, documentation, and communication within departments.
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups on all management tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event arrangements.
  • Maintain organized records and assist in administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and digital communication platforms.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or executive assistant (experience in real estate is an advantage).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
