Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female Personal Assistant to support the operations of our organization. 
• As a Personal Assistant to Seth Portia Foundation/CAPS, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing projects, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Seth Portia Foundation/CAPS, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Provide support with event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and vendors.
• Handle projects and tasks assigned by Seth Portia Foundation/CAPS, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with 0 - 1 year experience.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; this role will provide valuable experience and skills development.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Female candidates only.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Resides in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, Nigeria.
