We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage and maintain the MD's official diary and official phone directory
• Meet with the MD as requested by her to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other appointments.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
• Reply, draft and prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD based on her instruction
• Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between her and her direct reports, stakeholders, residents, homeowners, business associates etc.
