Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and presentable Personal Assistant to the CEO who will provide executive-level administrative support and efficiently manage both business and personal engagements on behalf of the CEO.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, highly discreet, and skilled in managing fast-paced schedules with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and synchronize the CEO’s business and personal calendar.
• Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, and follow-up reports.
• Arrange local and international travel logistics.
• Maintain expense records and filing systems.
• Send end-of-day Teams briefings summarizing the CEO’s next-day schedule and priorities.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicle readiness for all trips.
• Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion.
• Coordinate internal and external communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong confidentiality and ethical judgment.
• 4 - 6 years proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
