Job Title: Phone Repair Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Phone Repair Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, customer-focused, and committed to delivering quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware (screens, ports, boards) and software issues.
  • Repair and replace damaged phone components such as screens, batteries, and cameras.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and costs.
  • Stay updated on new phone models, technologies, and repair techniques.
  • Conduct quality control tests to ensure repaired devices meet industry standards.
  • Accurately document repair details, parts used, and job outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: National Diploma (ND).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good computer skills for diagnostics and documentation.
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethics.
  • Proficiency in soldering and chip-level repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of Android operating systems and mobile device hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N130,000 per month.
