Chi-Daniels Global Concept Limited is an import-based company that deals in building materials, carpentry fittings and accessories, as well as automobile parts.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Location: Idumota - Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Efficiently manage e-transactions with the company’s suppliers and agent
Create and maintain a good relationship with suppliers and agent
Keep accurate and proper records of all purchases and other related documents
Liaise with clearing agents and ensure all documents needed for clearing goods are readily available
Collaborate with other units in the company (marketing & inventory) for effective forecasting, planning and order of goods
Ensure that other units (marketing, inventory & warehouse) have essential information such as which supplier is responsible for what goods and delivery time.
Write and edit emails and all other communications on behalf of the company
Screen and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate redirection.
Monitor all foreign transactions done by the company to suppliers and foreign agents
Track the movement of goods from the point of purchase to the point of delivery at the warehouse

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
2 - 5 years proven experience as a procurement officer or an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
