Job Title: Production Assistant (Talk-show Concierge)

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We seek the services of a young individual to work as a production assistant (Talk-show concierge) to be part of our production team.
• The ideal candidate must be smart, trustworthy and display effective communication skills. She must be willing to attend errands and pickup ordered items and packages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests for talk-show are available for the show.
• Ensure refreshment and transport logistics of guests are well arranged before arrival.
• Meet with target demography of potential guests and confirm attendance.
• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following;

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Be female and not be older than 23 years by March 31, 2023.
• Excellent communication skills, be polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Proven experience as a concierge- customer service role will be an added advantage.
• Be affable- enjoy talking and being friendly to people
• Possess basic culinary skills
• Possess post-secondary school educational qualification
