Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Jos, Plateau

Overview

• We are seeking a Production Manager for our Jos Factory.
• This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional who can oversee daily factory operations, manage production staff, and ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities in line with company goals.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control standards and maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Lead and motivate production staff for efficient performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to identify improvement areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production management role.
• Experience in foam manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
