GreenTech Industries Limited is a foremost indigenous value added technology driven manufacturer and processor of cassava tubers, corn and sweet potatoes into pharmaceutical and food grade industrial starch. Our current annual installed production line processing capacity is 200,000 metric tons of raw cassava root tubers withthe plan to activate second production line of similar capacity using corn as feedstock. GTI products are processed to serve both the local and international pharmaceutical and food/beverage native starch markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Ensure that packaging and raw materials are always available for the shift operations
• Ensure proper manning of the machines.
• Ensure presentation of daily production figures for verification
• Evaluate and carry out performance appraisal for subordinates
• Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of the department
• Any other jobs assigned by the superior
• Must reside in Agbara and its environment
• Monitor and arrange production operatives to achieve optimum utilization and output
• Monitor and ensure that adequate utility support is provided during production (SHIFT) operations.
• Ensure that the Machine downtime and waste are mentioned at a minimal level throughout the shift.
• Ensure a clean work environment and strict compliance with good manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Education & Experience

• At least a BSc / HND in Engineering or relevant Sciences
• At least three(3)years experience in production operations in FMCG.

Knowledge & Skills:

• knowledge of operating the production machines
• Total quality management
• General technical knowledge on factory operations.
• Equipment maintenance.
