Primarily the Company engages in the sales of a novel Water Treatment System, anchored on its objective to alleviate water-related diseases.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional (preferably Male) to join our team as an NGO Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programs in line with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing project progress, impact, and achievements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, partners, and government agencies to enhance collaboration and support for initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, International Development, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in project management, program development, and operations within the NGO or development sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and grant compliance.
