We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos

Responsibility

• Inspecting the inbound and outbound calls made by the call center agents to decrease the instance of defect in services.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• 3 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N90,000 - N92,000 monthly
