Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer (Electrical Engineer)

Job Description

• We seek a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team
• As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our electrical engineering processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for our electrical engineering projects and products.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and records.
• Train staff on quality assurance procedures and promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and testing teams to ensure quality is built into the design and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to ensure quality considerations are incorporated from the early stages of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the electrical engineering industry.
• Proven track record of implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
