Our strength has been bothered on the fact that we most times deploy a robust team consisting of Architects, Interior Designers and Decorators, Builders, and Civil Engineers to every one of our projects so that all problems of function and aesthetics are balanced and solved in creative ways without compromising quality.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for projects.
• Measure and quantify construction works from drawings and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve disputes or discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Proficient in cost management software.
• In-depth knowledge of measurement techniques.

Leadership Skill:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Benefits

• Salary: N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
