JOB TITLE:  QUANTITY SURVEYOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
2. Valuing completed work and arranging payments
3. Review project man‐hours and the allocation of man‐hours in conjunction with planning and cost control on a weekly basis.
4. Accurately measure the amount of materials needed.
5. Review manpower is needed to finish the construction.
6. Review and measure allocated work to subcontractors and their reported physical progress.
7. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
8. Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
9. Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
10. Performing risk, value management and cost control;
11. Advising on procurement strategy;
12. Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
