Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Hotels

Job description
My client is a well established construction management business with operations in various locations throughout Africa. They have an immediate requirement for a senior project manager with a strong background on high rise hotels developments.
As the Senior Project Manager you will have delivered high rise hotel developments and complexes from Cradle to Grave and will have experience dealing direct with the end client. You will ideally have worked in Africa before although this is not essential. You must have experience working on the client side of projects.

Requirements:
* Degree level education
* Strong Communicator
* Previous hotel and high-rise development experience
* Willing to be based in West Africa

In return you will be rewarded with a competitive package and 3 flights per year back to your home location. Our advertisements use post-qualification experience/salary levels as a guide.
