We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sourcing Officer - Raw Materials (Fruits) Location: Lagos Job Description

Signup new farms and farmers on to the Sabroso farmers partnership agreement
Coordinate the smooth logistics & delivery of fruits from the farm to the factory
Travel frequently and work with local farms and farmers towards a mutually beneficial partnership
Ensure procurement quality and costs KPIs are met always
He or She will be responsible for coordinating the materials department, manage the efficient flow of our “fresh fruit” raw materials needed for our production processes.
He or She will regularly meet with farmers across various regions in Nigeria, to secure the short & long term purchase of the fruits needed.
Source and negotiate the best rates of fruits for the company on an ongoing basis

Qualifications

Previous experience in procurement
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills and knowledge of the relevant software.
HND or B.Sc Degree
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and related processes, including customer shipping requirements, production scheduling and raw materials.
