Job Title: Digital Channel Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The Digital Channel Officer is responsible for managing the company's online presence and growing the brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram adapting content to suit different channels
  • Prepare and send out newsletters via mailchimp
  • Create blog posts for the website
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Planoly and Asana
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
  • Manage a budget for social media activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Must exhibit good knowledge of business operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Educational Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Business Management, Communication Psychology or any related discipline

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Candidates should preferably live along the Lekki-Ajah axis.

Salary Range

  • N50,000 - N60,000 monthy.

 

 

Job Title: Production Assistant (Skincare)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Summary

  • In this role, it is your responsibility to provide support to the production team by managing and maintaining all equipment and materials used for production.
  • Also, you will adhere strictly to the company’s production procedure.

Duties and Responsibilities
Production:

  • Fill product in appropriate bulk containers upon completion of production
  • Accurately prepare and adhere labels to containers of finished products
  • Seal product containers
  • Measure and weigh the finished product
  • Soak soap
  • Process raw material
  • Decant (shea butter, honey)
  • Maintain the production area through general cleaning, and regular disinfection
  • Wipe surfaces
  • Sort packaging containers
  • Pound soap
  • Soak soap
  • Safely handle and proper disposal production waste
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time; notify your supervisor and coordinate with additional personnel as needed.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain set production standards
  • Contribute to quality control, as well as standards of cleanliness.

Machinery and Equipment Maintenance:

  • Maintain production equipment by sterilizing parts and any other necessary maintenance required and keeps a current log of such.
  • Identify any potential or existing equipment malfunctions.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of production preparation processes and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety regarding the use of equipment and adherence to company standards.

Requirements
Experience:

  • Minimum of an OND
  • 1-2 year of work experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to details
  • Team player.

Salary

  • N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.

 

 



Job Title: Production Supervisor (Skincare)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Summary of position

  • As the production supervisor, you ensure the production team achieves the set goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating production results.
  • Enforces company policies and guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
Production:

  • Supervise the sterilization of all equipment and deep cleaning
  • Supervise and participate in the production process
  • Ensure proper handling of raw materials that are used for the production process
  • Manage production schedule
  • Fill requisition form
  • Handover finished product to the inventory team
  • Receive materials from the warehouse
  • Feed raw materials into the machine for the production
  • Responsible for the filtration process
  • Change the filtration sheet as and when due
  • Produce products like aloe vera gel, turmeric soap, toners, calming body butter, shampoo, turmeric body butter, turmeric body soap, kiddies liquid soap, and in-process of soap from scratch to finish.

Team Development:

  • Communicate production objectives and standard operating procedures, to team members, with a strong emphasis on safety and sanitation.
  • Participate in the hiring process of team members.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Clearly define and communicate production expectations to team members.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly goals, communicating them effectively to team members
  • Monitor production output and ensure for conformance to policies and specifications

Quality Control:

  • Conduct 1st level quality control
  • Maintain set production standards
  • Enforce standards of cleanliness.

Production Area Condition:

  • Maintain the overall organization of the production area including all fixtures, storage, work stations, freezers, and coolers.

Machinery and Equipment Maintenance:

  • Commit to safety regarding the use of equipment
  • Oversee and schedule maintenance of production equipment
  • Onboard new production team members, and also give instruction on safety, e.g. how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
  • Implement and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices

Reporting:

  • Prepare daily production report and send to the business director.
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to the business director.

Requirements
Experience:

  • B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills with the ability to train, and lead people positively and professionally.
  • Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven work experience as a supervisor or similar role
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to details
  • Team player.

Salary

  • N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
