Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description
As Head of Operations your duties will include:

• Candidate will be a member of the management team
• Formulate business strategy with others in the management team
• Design policies that align with overall strategy
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Mobilize team and process
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• BSc / BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IRPM, Strategic management or other relevant field
• MSC/ MBA is an added advantage
• Proven experience as Head of operations, Admin, HR, Head loan recovery or similar leadership role
• Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, and IT
• IT oriented
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning
• Executive communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Analytical mind
• Problem-solving aptitude
• 30 years and above.

Benefits
Salary: N130,000.00 - N150,000.00 monthly.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Description
As the dispatch rider, your duties will include:

• Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment/delivery date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
• Responsible for collecting money for bought items upon delivery to the customer.

Requirements

• A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
• Familiarity with relevant routes.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
• Ability to communicate, read and write.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.

Benefits
Salary: N50,000.00 / month

Job Title: Female Quality Control Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Description
As the quality control manager, your duties will include:

• Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of other staff
• Inspect garments carefully before booking orders.
• Thorough inspection of garments at the collection point.
• Ensure that garments are in good shape before they are delivered to customers.
• Ensure the quality standards and that customers' expectations are met.
• Ensure that the equipment required for operations is regularly checked for faults, that routine maintenance tasks are performed, and that repairs are scheduled and performed in the case of damage or flaws

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any discipline
• Strong attention to details
• Time management
• Excellent organizational skill
• Previous experience as a laundry worker will be an advantage
• Excellent supervision skills.

Benefits
Salary: N30,000.00 / month
