Job Summary

Our client is seeking a professional, customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join their luxurious spa team in Lekki Phase 1.
The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will manage appointments, handle customer inquiries, and support the spa’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Address client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly.
Offer information about spa services, promotions, and memberships.
Handle client feedback and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Appointment Management:

Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring efficient use of spa resources.
Maintain an accurate and updated appointment calendar.
Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to manage bookings effectively.

Administrative Duties:

Handle the check-in and check-out process, including invoicing and payment collection.
Maintain detailed client records and preferences in the system.
Prepare daily reports on bookings, revenue, and feedback.
Monitor spa supplies and liaise with vendors for replenishment when needed.

Spa Environment Management:

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
