IBFCAlliance Limited - Our client, a leading Non-bank Financial Institution with over two decades of experience in the Nigerian Financial Market focused on providing its clients with exceptional private financial services across product lines (Equities, Fixed Income, Loans and Investment Management) wishes to expand its clientele base (both HNIs and Mass Affluent) through the introduction of initiatives in marketing and relationship management. We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Entry-level Relationship Officer Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

• Identify and market all the Company’s products to prospects under general guidelines provided by the business.
• Communicate market research information to clients and use the information to assist them with their business/wealth creation objectives.
• Ensure that clients instructions are promptly and duly executed and appropriately processed internally through liaison with the relevant internal departments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by ensuring timely interactions with the clients via phone calls, emails, visits etc.
• Mine data / information and propose solutions to clients and marry the firm’s products to clients’ needs in a mutually beneficial way.
• Manage and advise clients on their investments and business finances.

Qualification

• B.Sc from a reputable University.
• Professional qualifications in Law, Accounting, Stockbroking or Investment Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Zero to three (3) years (max) post-graduation experience.
• Experience in the marketing/relationship management role in the financial services sector will be an advantage.
• Possession of existing client database will also be an advantage.
• Entry level and those with up to 3 years’ experience in the financial services sector

Required skills/attributes/Personality Profile:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Innovative and able to think outside the box.
• Outgoing, Self-motivated, Articulate, Confident and Eager to succeed.
• Intelligent and eager to learn; intellectually inclined.
