Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
What We Need

opportunity will give the successful candidate an opportunity to grow
within the hospitality industry.
Qualification
- Minimum of HND in Accounting or any related discipline.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years.
Requirements
The requirements include but not limited to the following;
- Candidates should have reporting skills, should be attentive to
detail, data entry management skills and general math and IT skills.
- Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information;
preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

Job Title: Bar Tender
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Requirements
- The requirements include but not limited to the following;
- To take orders from customers and serve drinks in accordance with customers' instructions.
- To take orders for food and pass these to the staff responsible for food preparation.
- To take payment from customers either by electronic transfer, or in cash, giving change to the customer as required.
- Responsible for the proper storage and safety of all the stocks in the bar.
- To welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- To monitor stock levels and order replacement deliveries as required.
- To pay attention to customer satisfaction and doing anything possible to improve the customer's experience.

- Supervise, organize and instruct other personnel working in the kitchen to ensure that recipes are prepared correctly.
- Ability to estimate how much food clients will consume and order and ensuring that that amount is prepared.
- They are also in charge of keeping stock of food and ordering supplies when things run low.
- Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen.
- Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders.
- Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food.

Requirements
The requirements include but not limited to the following;
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer area.
- Ability to service all bedrooms and corridors in line with company policy.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment.
- Reset lighting to the current standards.
- Complete all periodical tasks, such as flipping mattresses, cleaning curtains and dusting lamp shades.
